In the following weeks we shall be hearing more about the new album. On schedule, this site will be the first place to feature the brand spanking new sound. Isabel Guzman is currently putting the finishing touches to her debut album. 2008 was an exciting year but for 2009, Isabel is concentrating on building on her previous live performances in Sweden and London and the critical acclaim of her very first physical release "Kill The Boy". For her debut album, Isabel is co-writing songs with producers from both Sweden as well as the UK, ensuring that there's international feel to her new album.

On the 13th of this month (October), Isabel perform live in London for the first time! It will be part of the now legendary Popjustice Live nights and Isabel will be performing live with her band.

So come along! This will be her debut UK appearance so its certainly going to be special. Isabel is planning to do something very unique for the night including previews of brand new material. It promises to be very electric.

The details of the night are as follows. Isabel will take to the stage at the famous Old Blue Last in the heart of East London  on Great Eastern Street (for location click here). The British website Puffta featured not one but two interviews with Isabel Guzman this week. In the interview Isabel talks about her earings, her album and Madonna. Check it out here.

Puffta also recently ran a glowing review of Isabel's music stating that she 'makes incredible, fresh and fun pop music'. Which is great!

The first of September saw the worldwide release of the Kill The Boy EP. You can purchase your digital copy here. The release includes 5 tracks including three songs, one exclusive acoustic version of Love Song and a new remix of Mysterious. Whether your in Germany or Australia through Itunes you can now get a digital version of the EP.
